Beauty Farm Med repurchases 4,500 shares for HK$0.08 million, treasury holding rises to 3.43 million

Beauty Farm Medical and Health Industry Inc. (Beauty Farm Med) disclosed a share buyback on 20 July 2026 under Hong Kong’s Next Day Disclosure Return requirements.

The company bought back 4,500 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HK$18.00 and HK$18.14, for an aggregate consideration of HK$0.08 million.

After the transaction, issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) decreased by 0.0018% to 248.16 million, while treasury shares increased to 3.43 million. The total share count remained unchanged at 251.59 million.

The repurchase forms part of the mandate approved on 26 June 2026, which authorises Beauty Farm Med to buy back up to 24.85 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 357,000 shares, representing 0.1437% of the company’s issued shares on the mandate date.

In line with Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 19 August 2026.
