Xinte Energy Announces Transition of Joint Company Secretary and Authorized Representative

On 24 April 2026, Xinte Energy Co., Ltd. announced a senior corporate governance transition that will take effect on the same date.

• Resignation: Ms. Chan Yin Wah has stepped down from the posts of Joint Company Secretary, Authorized Representative under Listing Rule 3.05, and Process Agent under Listing Rule 19A.13(2) and the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance. The company confirmed that Ms. Chan has no disagreement with the Board and no matters require shareholder attention.

• Appointment: Ms. Au Wing Han has been named Joint Company Secretary, Authorized Representative, and Process Agent. She will serve alongside the existing Joint Company Secretary, Ms. Zhang Juan.

• Professional Background of Ms. Au: – Assistant Manager, SWCS Corporate Services Group (Hong Kong) Limited, providing corporate services to listed and private entities. – Over ten years of corporate secretarial experience. – Associate Member of both The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute (U.K.). – Holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) degree.

Chairman Mr. Huang Hanjie expressed appreciation for Ms. Chan’s contributions and welcomed Ms. Au to her new role.

As of the announcement date, the Board comprises three Executive Directors (Mr. Huang Hanjie, Mr. Nan Xinjian, Ms. Huang Fen), three Non-Executive Directors (Mr. Zhang Xin, Mr. Yang Xiaodong, Mr. Hu Youcheng), and three Independent Non-Executive Directors (Mr. Cui Xiang, Mr. Chen Weiping, Mr. Tam Kwok Ming Banny).
