On February 3, JPMorgan reduced its holding in Chongqing Rural Commercial Bank (03618) by approximately 1.67 million shares. The transaction was executed at an average price of HK$5.74 per share, amounting to a total value of around HK$9.57 million. Following this disposal, JPMorgan's remaining stake in the bank stands at about 200 million shares, representing 7.96% of the total issued shares.
