Newborn Town Cancels 2.66 Million Shares After July Repurchase, Shrinking Float to 1.40 Billion

Newborn Town Inc. (HKEX: 09911) has reduced its outstanding share count through the cancellation of 2.66 million ordinary H-shares on 30 July 2026. The cancelled shares were repurchased on-market between 2 July and 24 July 2026 at a volume-weighted average price of HKD 8.83 per share.

The cancellation represents 0.19% of the company’s issued share capital immediately prior to the transaction. Following the adjustment, Newborn Town’s total issued shares declined from 1.40 billion to 1.40 billion (1,403.00 million to 1,400.34 million shares).

No treasury shares were held before or after the transaction, and the company confirmed that no further repurchased shares remain pending cancellation as of the reporting date.

The disclosure was filed by Company Secretary Song Pengliang under Hong Kong Exchange Main Board Rule 13.25A, confirming compliance with share repurchase reporting requirements.
