Xunzhong postpones AGM to 22 May 2026 and extends book-closure window

Beijing Xunzhong Communication Technology Co., Ltd. (Xunzhong) has rescheduled its 2026 annual general meeting (AGM), originally set for 18 May, to 11:00 a.m. on Friday, 22 May 2026. The meeting venue remains Conference Room, 11/F, Block B Future Land Center, Building 2, Yard 10, Jiuxianqiao Road B, Jiangtaixiang, Chaoyang District, Beijing.

In line with the postponement, the register of members will now be closed from 13 May 2026 through 22 May 2026, inclusive, during which no share transfers will be processed. The record date for determining shareholder eligibility to attend and vote at the AGM is unchanged at Wednesday, 13 May 2026.

A supplemental notice and circular detailing the meeting agenda and resolutions will be dispatched in due course, according to the board chaired by Executive Director and CEO Piao Shenggen.
