J&T Global Express Limited (“J&T Express”), a Cayman-incorporated logistics provider with weighted voting right (WVR) share structure, disclosed a fresh on-market repurchase of 1.79 million Class B WVR ordinary shares on 22 October 2026.

The transaction was executed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 8.67 to HKD 8.88 per share, resulting in a total consideration of HKD 15.66 million. The shares repurchased are being held as treasury shares; none have been cancelled at this stage.

Following the buyback, issued shares (excluding treasury shares) declined marginally to 8.58 billion, while the treasury-share balance increased to 92.69 million. The repurchase falls within the mandate approved on 25 June 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 967.47 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this authority now stand at 119.48 million shares, equal to 1.24 % of the issued share count at the mandate date.

Under Main Board Rule 10.06, J&T Express is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 21 November 2026.

Joint Company Secretary Cheng Ching Kit confirmed that the repurchase complied with Hong Kong listing regulations and that no material changes have occurred to the company’s previously filed explanatory statement.
