Gpixel Announces Transition to Electronic Distribution of Corporate Communications From 8 June 2026

Bulletin Express06-08

Gpixel Changchun Microelectronics Inc. will switch to electronic dissemination of all future corporate communications beginning 8 June 2026, aligning with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Listing Rules and the company’s articles of association. Printed copies will be supplied only upon shareholder request.

Under the new framework, actionable corporate communications—materials requiring shareholder instructions such as proxy forms or election documents—will be emailed individually. If a functional email address is unavailable, the documents will be mailed in print together with a form for collecting an updated email address.

All other corporate communications, including annual, interim and any potential quarterly reports, meeting notices, circulars and listing documents, will be posted in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.gpixel.com) and on the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk). No separate notification of online publication will be mailed; shareholders are expected to monitor the websites directly.

To facilitate the shift, shareholders are encouraged to submit a valid email address by completing an online form accessible via QR code before 8 August 2026 or by writing to Tricor Investor Services Limited at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or emailing 3277-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders who prefer hard copies—whether for all future communications or due to difficulties accessing the website—can send a written request to the share registrar at the same address or email. A hard-copy request remains effective until the end of the next financial year unless revoked or superseded.

Enquiries regarding the new arrangements can be directed to Tricor Investor Services Limited at (+852) 2980 1333 during business hours or via email to 3277-ecom@vistra.com.

The announcement is issued by order of the board, signed by Chairman, General Manager, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director Dr. Wang Xinyang.
