CH SUPPLY CHAIN (03708) announced that the company is in discussions with Shenzhen Huaqiang Cloud Industrial Park Management Co., Ltd. regarding the leasing of office space within the Shenzhen Huaqiang Cloud Industrial Park in China. If the proposed lease is finalized, the Group will establish its mainland China headquarters.

The establishment of a mainland China headquarters is a key strategic move for the Group to deepen its business operations and expand its capabilities in one of the world's most dynamic economic regions. The office space will serve the following primary functions:

(1) **Supply Chain Management**: Centralizing and strengthening the Group's end-to-end supply chain operations to enhance efficiency, control costs, and improve collaboration with partners in mainland China.

(2) **Incubation Center**: Serving as a dedicated space for fostering innovative projects, strategic partnerships, and new business ventures, leveraging Shenzhen's vibrant ecosystem.

(3) **R&D Hub**: Establishing a core research and development center to drive long-term innovation and technological competitiveness.

The Board believes that consolidating these critical functions in Shenzhen, a global hub for technology and innovation, will significantly elevate the Group's market position, accelerate growth, and create sustainable long-term value for shareholders.
