On the evening of October 17, Kunlun Tech Co., Ltd. announced that it has received a resignation report from independent director Mr. Li Donghong. Due to personal work reasons, Mr. Li has applied to resign from his position as an independent director on the company's fifth board of directors, as well as from his roles as the chairman of the Remuneration and Appraisal Committee and a member of the Audit Committee. Following his resignation, he will no longer hold any position within the company.
