The "Songs Fill the Campus, Voices Move the Future—Seeking Quality Chinese Campus Voices" song concert recently took place at the Liaoning Opera House, bringing vibrant artistic energy to Shenyang during winter. Jointly organized by the Provincial Federation of Literary and Art Circles and the Provincial Public Cultural Service Center, and hosted by the Provincial Musicians Association and Liaoning Opera House, the event showcased original campus music.
After months of meticulous planning, the Provincial Musicians Association selected outstanding works from over 200 submissions nationwide. Collaborating with multiple universities and art groups, the concert delivered a high-caliber performance blending artistic depth and thematic richness, earning recognition and blessings from over 30 renowned artists across China.
The concert opened with the Shenyang Mass Art Center's Jiuyue Choir performing "The Fragrance of Books Lingers for a Millennium," setting a cultural tone. Divided into three segments—"Childhood Dreams, Seasonal Songs," "Youthful Passion, Warmth of Time," and "Voices on Stage, Artistic Legacy"—the event painted a diverse picture of campus music. Young performers from Shenyang primary schools and art centers sang pieces like "Winter’s Fairy Tale" and "I’ve Loved Imitating You Since Childhood," capturing the innocence and vitality of youth.
Teachers from Panjin Vocational and Technical College, Shenyang Conservatory of Music, and other institutions delivered heartfelt performances, including "Spring’s Memory" and "Too Much to Say," expressing the ideals of the younger generation. Meanwhile, young artists from the Yingkou Musicians Association and Liaoning Opera House ignited the stage with powerful renditions of "Heart Sailing" and "Unforgettable," demonstrating both professional skill and artistic heritage.
