Hangzhou SF Intra-City Industrial Co., Ltd. (SF Intra-City) disclosed that it bought back 528,800 H shares on 31 August 2026 through on-exchange transactions. The shares were repurchased at prices ranging from HKD 7.98 to HKD 8.43, for a total consideration of HKD 4.36 million.
Following the transaction, the company’s issued H-share base (excluding treasury shares) fell to 741.96 million, down by 0.0578 % from the 742.49 million outstanding on 31 July 2026. Treasury shares rose from 3.12 million to 3.65 million. The overall number of issued H shares, including treasury shares, remained at 745.61 million. For reference, SF Intra-City’s total issued share capital, combining 742.49 million H shares and 171.76 million domestic shares, stood at 914.25 million as of 8 June 2026.
The repurchase was executed under the general mandate approved by shareholders on 8 June 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 74.25 million shares. The 528,800 shares bought back to date represent 0.0578 % of the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) as of the mandate date. All repurchased shares are being held as treasury stock, and no cancellations have occurred.
In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, SF Intra-City is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 30 September 2026. The company confirmed that the repurchase complied with all relevant regulatory requirements and that all funds have been duly settled.
