MOG Digitech Holdings Limited issued a clarification regarding its prospectus dated 28 July 2026 for the proposed Rights Issue.

The company corrected an inadvertent clerical error in the “EXPECTED TIMETABLE”. Dealings in fully-paid Rights Shares will now commence at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, 4 September 2026.

The Rights Issue remains unchanged: Qualifying Shareholders are entitled to subscribe for one Rights Share for every two Shares held on the Record Date.

All other information in the prospectus is confirmed as accurate and continues to be valid. The clarification does not affect any other terms of the Rights Issue.
