Shareholder of AOM INT'L Transfers Holdings from Baoxin Securities to Guotai Securities (HK) with Portfolio Valued at HK$23.8 Million

A significant shareholder of AOM INT'L (00381) has transferred their holdings from Baoxin Securities to Guotai Securities (Hong Kong). The transferred portfolio was valued at HK$23.80 million, representing 14.47% of the company's shares. The transaction was recorded on April 24.

Separately, AOM INT'L announced that on April 2, 2026, the company proposes to issue 147.3 million subscription shares to Ms. Ou Zhu at a price of HK$0.270 per share. The total subscription proceeds of approximately HK$39.77 million payable by the subscriber under the subscription agreement will be settled by offsetting the full amount of debt. The subscription price represents a discount of approximately 19.40% to the closing price of HK$0.335 per share on the date of the subscription agreement on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

Furthermore, AOM INT'L released its annual results for the period ended December 31, 2025. The group reported revenue of HK$301 million, a decrease of 22.25% year-on-year. The loss attributable to the company's owners was HK$122 million, an increase of 43.86% compared to the previous year. The loss per share was HK 14.17 cents.
