Bama Tea repurchases 40,000 H-shares for HKD 1.13 million; outstanding buyback mandate at 4.04 million shares

Bama Tea Co., Ltd. disclosed that on 23 September 2026 it bought back 40,000 H-shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HKD 27.52 and HKD 28.86, spending a total of HKD 1.13 million. The volume-weighted average purchase price was HKD 28.21 per share.

Following the transaction, the number of issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.05% to 83.66 million, while treasury stock increased to 1.26 million shares. Total issued share capital remains unchanged at 84.92 million shares.

The repurchase forms part of a mandate approved on 21 April 2026 authorising the company to buy back up to 5.30 million shares. Cumulative purchases under this mandate now stand at 1.26 million shares, representing 2.38% of the company’s issued share capital on the mandate date, leaving 4.04 million shares still available for repurchase.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, Bama Tea is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or transferring treasury shares until 23 October 2026.
