Standard Chartered PLC (SC) disclosed that on 7 April 2026 it repurchased 948,943 ordinary shares of US$0.50 each through J.P. Morgan Securities plc as part of the share buy-back programme announced on 24 February 2026.

Cumulative programme data Up to the close of business on 6 April 2026, SC had deployed US$511.06 million on share repurchases under the current mandate.

Capital structure impact All shares bought back will be cancelled, reducing the company’s issued share capital to 2,229,323,735 ordinary shares, which will also represent the total voting rights in issue.
