Hangzhou Qiandaohu Xunlong Sci-Tech Co., Ltd. (Xunlong Sci-Tech) has outlined a new communication framework that shifts the delivery of all future corporate materials to an electronic-first model, in line with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules and the company’s articles of association. The policy becomes effective immediately following the 2 September 2026 board notice.
Under the revised arrangement, “Actionable Corporate Communications”—documents that require shareholder instructions or elections—will be emailed individually. If a functional email address is not on record, the company will mail a printed copy together with a form requesting an up-to-date email address.
All other corporate communications, including annual reports, interim reports, circulars and meeting notices, will be posted on both the company’s website (www.kalugaqueen.com) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Xunlong Sci-Tech will no longer issue separate notifications of publication; shareholders are expected to monitor the websites directly.
Shareholders are encouraged to submit or update their email addresses by scanning the QR code provided in the circular—valid until 2 November 2026—or by writing to the Hong Kong share registrar at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, or via email at 6715-ecom@vistra.com.
Printed copies of any corporate communication remain available free of charge upon written or email request to the registrar. Tricor Investor Services Limited will handle related shareholder enquiries on +852 2980 1333 during business hours.
