Saint Bella Buys Back 90,000 Shares for HK$0.30 Million, Utilising 1.25% of Current Mandate

Hong Kong, 16 July 2026 – Saint Bella Group Limited disclosed that it repurchased 90,000 ordinary shares on 16 July at HK$3.31 each, spending HK$0.30 million in total. All repurchased shares will be held as treasury stock.

Following the transaction, Saint Bella’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.02% to 621.42 million. Treasury shares increased from 688,000 to 778,000, while the company’s total issued share capital remained unchanged at 622.20 million shares.

The buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 30 June 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 62.22 million shares. Including the latest purchase, Saint Bella has cumulatively bought back 778,000 shares, representing 0.13% of the issued shares on the mandate date and 1.25% of the authorised limit.

Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or transfers of treasury shares until 15 August 2026.
