Insilico Medicine Cayman TopCo (Insilico Medicine) disclosed that its Chairman, Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Business Officer, Dr. Aleksandrs Zavoronkovs, will initiate an open-market share purchase program in September 2026. The “Share Increasing Plan” authorizes Dr. Zavoronkovs to acquire additional company shares with personal funds of up to HKD 16.00 million.

The company noted that Dr. Zavoronkovs previously participated in Insilico Medicine’s Series D financing round in 2022, underscoring his continuing commitment to the group’s long-term prospects. Insilico Medicine affirmed that, based on current information, the planned purchases will not affect its public float requirements under Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations.

Management emphasized that the initiative reflects confidence in the company’s future development and investment value.
