Consequently, his roles as Chairman of the Board and as Chairman and member of the board's specialized committees were automatically terminated upon the director's removal taking effect. He is nominated to become Chairman of Sichuan Yibin Wuliangye Group Co., Ltd. and a Director of Wuliangye Yibin Co.,Ltd.

For the first quarter of 2026, Wuliangye reported revenue of 22.84 billion yuan, marking a year-on-year increase of 33.7%. Its net profit attributable to shareholders reached 8.06 billion yuan, a significant rise of 82.6% compared to the same period last year.
