Stock News08-11

MINIMAX-W (00100) surged more than 4% at the market open, trading 4.22% higher at HK$336 as of press time, with turnover reaching HK$35.9711 million.

According to a statement from HKEX on August 10, MINIMAX has met the fast entry rules for the HKEX Technology 100 Index. It will be added to both the HKEX Technology 100 Index and the HKEX Technology & US Technology 100 Index after the market close on August 12, with the changes taking effect from August 13. As a recently listed tech firm in Hong Kong, MiniMax's rapid inclusion indicates it has achieved sufficient market representation, further enriching the coverage of innovative and technology companies within the HKEX tech indices.

Analysts at China Merchants Securities noted that the company's annual recurring revenue (ARR) grew from approximately US$100 million in December 2025 to around US$430 million in April 2026. Token consumption increased by 152% between February and June 2026. Following the launch of the M3 model, the average daily token consumption on the OpenRouter platform rose from 4.71T to 6.99T, with consumption from coding packages surging more than tenfold. The development of leading overseas firms also suggests that Agent workflows, enterprise customer penetration, and token-based billing are becoming key directions for the commercialization of large-scale models. MINIMAX's current product lineup aligns well with these industry trends.
