China Tourism Group Duty Free Corporation Limited (CTG Duty-Free) reported no changes in either authorised capital or issued share counts for May 2026, according to its Monthly Return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 4 June 2026.

Authorised / registered share capital • Ordinary H shares: 125.32 million shares at RMB 1 par value, unchanged from April 2026. • Ordinary A shares: 1.95 billion shares at RMB 1 par value, also unchanged. • Total authorised / registered share capital remained at 2.08 billion shares.
