PCCW Announces Change of Company Secretary and Authorized Representative

PCCW (00008) has issued an announcement that Ms. Cheung Hok Chi has resigned as the Group Legal Affairs Director and Company Secretary of the company, and will cease to act as the company's authorized representative as required under the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, effective from October 15, 2026. In addition, Ms. Tsang Wai Yi has been appointed as the company's Company Secretary and authorized representative, effective from October 15, 2026.

Ms. Tsang joined the PCCW Group in 2022 and possesses over 25 years of professional experience in legal and company secretarial matters. She is a solicitor and a member of The Law Society of Hong Kong.
