UBOX ONLINE Repurchases 62.50 Thousand H Shares; Treasury Stock Climbs to 9.64 Million

Beijing UBOX Online Technology Corp. (UBOX ONLINE) reported a fresh share buyback under its authorised mandate, according to a Next Day Disclosure Return filed on 21 September 2026.

On 21 September 2026, the company repurchased 62,500 H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 1.80 to HKD 1.99 per share, resulting in a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 1.87. Total consideration amounted to approximately HKD 0.12 million.

Following the transaction, the number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) declined from 977.61 million to 977.55 million, a reduction of 0.0064%. Treasury shares increased by the same amount to 9.64 million, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 987.18 million.

The latest repurchase forms part of a mandate approved on 28 May 2026 that permits the acquisition of up to 94.65 million shares. To date, UBOX ONLINE has bought back 9.64 million shares, representing 1.02% of the company’s issued share capital at the time the mandate was granted. All repurchased shares are being held in treasury, with none cancelled as of the reporting date.

In line with Main Board Rule 10.06(3)(a), the company is subject to a 30-day moratorium—through 21 October 2026—on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares following the repurchase. The issuer confirmed full compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations governing share buybacks.
