Data released by the Xinhua Petroleum Price System on December 3 shows that the average price change rate of the crude oil basket on December 2 was -1.40%.
According to China's refined oil pricing mechanism, domestic gasoline and diesel prices are adjusted every 10 working days based on changes in international crude oil prices, with adjustments taking effect at 24:00 on the day of the announcement. If the price adjustment is less than 50 yuan per ton, no change will be made, and the difference will be carried over to the next adjustment period. Under special circumstances as stipulated, price adjustments may be suspended, delayed, or implemented with a reduced margin.
December 3 marks the seventh working day of the current pricing cycle, with the next price adjustment window set to open at 24:00 on December 8.
