Recent data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange reveals that on May 19, Ping An Life Insurance Company of China, Ltd. increased its holdings in Agricultural Bank of China (01288) by 43.446 million shares. The transaction was executed at approximately HK$6.0843 per share, amounting to a total consideration of around HK$264 million. Following this acquisition, Ping An Life Insurance's total shareholding in ABC has risen to approximately 7.082 billion shares, representing a stake of 23.04%.
