Latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange reveals that on July 2nd, E Fund Management Co., Ltd. purchased an additional 91,500 shares of Biocytogen Pharmaceuticals (Beijing) Co.,Ltd. (HKEX: 02315). The transaction was executed at a price of HK$46.90 per share, resulting in a total consideration of approximately HK$4.2914 million.
Following this acquisition, the fund manager's total shareholding in the company has risen to 7.774 million shares. This represents a stake of 7.02% of the company's issued share capital.
