On September 17, Zou Ruzhan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Jingmen High-tech Zone, Executive Deputy Director of the Management Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Duodao District Committee, and District Mayor, visited Gem Co.,Ltd. for an on-site inspection and chaired a special meeting to address issues concerning the company's development.
The meeting reviewed reports from Gem Co.,Ltd. regarding the handling of energy assessment procedures, the guarantee of essential elements such as steam and gas, and its production and operational status. The session systematically identified bottlenecks and difficulties currently facing the company, conducting in-depth discussions on key matters like approval processes, coordination with higher-level authorities, energy supply, and facility enhancements, while defining specific solutions and the direction for follow-up actions.
Zou Ruzhan emphasized that the company's proactive efforts to upgrade quality and efficiency in line with development requirements deserve full recognition. He stressed that the work methods and experience of the enterprise service task force, which precisely aligns with problems and needs, should be upheld and further refined.
A normalized government-enterprise communication and coordination mechanism should be established, serving as an efficient and open bridge for dialogue. This will enable early detection, timely communication, and prompt resolution of difficulties encountered in production, operations, and project advancement. It is essential to adopt a list-based, closed-loop management approach for issues, accelerating the implementation of corrective measures with improved efficiency and quality.
The company should take the initiative to strengthen engagement with government departments, conveying its needs and fostering a collaborative spirit where both sides work in tandem, closely cooperate, and jointly resolve challenges to support high-quality regional economic and social development.
Following the meeting, Zou Ruzhan proceeded to Jingmen Green Recycling Electronic Waste Disposal Co., Ltd. for a field visit. He toured the production lines, gaining first-hand insight into the firm's operations, equipment performance, safety protocols, and management standards, and engaged in direct dialogue with company executives to help stabilize production, boost efficiency, and promote growth.
