The group, encompassing the company, its subsidiaries, joint ventures, and associates, achieved contract sales attributable to equity shareholders of approximately RMB 2.45 billion for the single month of June 2026. The corresponding contracted sales area attributable to equity shareholders was approximately 300,000 square meters.
