Shares of Enphase Energy surged 20% in overnight trading after the energy technology company posted profit and revenue that--while down from the prior year--still topped Wall Street's estimates. Shares have risen 16% in the last three months.

Silicon Motion Technology Corporation's stock surged 14% in overnight trading with significant momentum continuing into the night session following the release of its fourth-quarter financial results.

Sonos Inc's stock surged 7.04% in overnight trading, driven by the company's better-than-expected first quarter fiscal 2026 financial results.

Take-Two Interactive TTWO.O raised its annual bookings forecast on Tuesday, betting on strong sales of its premium sports, action and mobile titles as it gears up to launch the highly anticipated "Grand Theft Auto VI" on November 19. Shares of the company rose 5% in overnight trading.

Intapp, Inc. (INTA) experienced a significant overnight plunge of 20% following the release of its second-quarter fiscal year 2026 financial results. The sharp decline appears driven by a GAAP earnings miss and cautious forward guidance. The company reported a quarterly loss of $0.07 per share, which fell well short of the analyst consensus estimate of $0.26. Furthermore, its outlook for the third quarter provided adjusted EPS guidance in the range of $0.27 to $0.29, which is below the consensus estimate of $0.31. The company's full-year revenue guidance also came in slightly below market expectations.
