Triumph New Energy Announces Company Secretary Transition; Veteran Accountant Arthur Ip Pui Lam Takes Post

Triumph New Energy Company Limited confirmed that Mr. Ip Pui Sum stepped down as company secretary on 4 August 2026, citing personal reasons. The departing officer reported no disagreements with the Board and indicated that no additional matters required shareholder or Stock Exchange attention.

Following a nomination-committee review, the Board appointed Mr. Arthur Ip Pui Lam as the new company secretary effective the same day. Mr. Ip is a practising certified public accountant in Hong Kong, a fellow of the International Association of Accountants (UK), and a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. His professional background spans more than 30 years across auditing, accounting, taxation, and company secretarial services.

The Board expressed appreciation for Mr. Ip Pui Sum’s contributions during his tenure and extended a formal welcome to Mr. Arthur Ip Pui Lam.

As of the announcement date, Triumph New Energy’s Board comprises: • Executive Directors: Xie Jun (Chairman), Chen Peng, He Qingbo • Non-Executive Directors: Wu Dan, Yang Jianqiang, Liang Xiao • Independent Non-Executive Directors: Fan Baoqun, Chen Qisuo, Yuan Jian
