On the news front, on October 27, ten companies in the PCB industry chain collectively released their third-quarter earnings reports. Nanya New Material and Jin'an Guoji saw their third-quarter net profits surge by more than 10 times. Specifically, Nanya New Material's third-quarter net profit grew 1,296% year-on-year and 218% quarter-on-quarter; Jin'an Guoji's third-quarter net profit rose 1,031% year-on-year and 105% quarter-on-quarter. In addition, Wus Printed Circuit and Chaozhou Three-Circle's net profits for the first three quarters increased 106.87% and 97.52% year-on-year respectively, with third-quarter year-on-year growth rates significantly outpacing their overall first-three-quarter performance levels.

Everbright Securities issued a research report stating that the PCB industry is currently in a phase of "triple resonance" driven by expanding AI computing power demand, iterative technological upgrades, and the realization of price increase pass-through. High-end capacity remains persistently tight, squeezing out mid-to-low-end capacity. We expect the industry chain's price increases and cost pass-through situation to continue until the second half of next year.
