Authorised and Registered Capital • The authorised share count held at 3.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10, representing HKD 300.00 million in authorised capital. No adjustments were recorded during the month.

Issued Shares and Treasury Position • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) closed the month at 1.13 billion, identical to the June 2026 balance. • The company held no treasury shares, and there were no cancellations, repurchases, or new issuances.

Public Float Compliance • Management confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public float requirement of 25% of issued shares as at 31 July 2026.

Share Option Schemes • 2012 Scheme: 0.22 million options remained outstanding; no options were exercised, cancelled, or lapsed. • 2022 Scheme: No options were outstanding, while up to 56.51 million shares remain available for future grants. • No funds were raised from option exercises during the period.

Other Equity Instruments • The company had no warrants, convertible securities, or other share-linked agreements outstanding or transacted during the month.

Overall, ENN Energy’s equity structure, authorised capital, and public float ratios were unchanged in July 2026, indicating a period of capital stability with no dilution or treasury activity.
