CMON Clarifies Independent Director Chan Ka Kit’s Career Record; Board Committee Composition Unchanged

CMON Limited issued a supplemental announcement on 28 September 2026 to correct information contained in its 24 September 2026 disclosure regarding the appointment of Mr. Chan Ka Kit as an Independent Non-Executive Director (INED).

Key correction • The company stated that Mr. Chan had previously been an INED of Get Nice Financial Group Limited from March 2016 to March 2025. CMON now confirms this statement was included in error: Mr. Chan has never served on the board of Get Nice Financial Group Limited.

Board status • Apart from the above correction, all details in the 24 September 2026 announcement—including Mr. Chan’s appointment as INED and the related changes to board-committee composition—remain unchanged. • As of the date of the supplemental announcement, CMON’s board comprises: – Executive Directors: Mr. Ng Chern Ann (also Chairman and Joint CEO) and Mr. David Doust. – Non-Executive Directors: Mr. Frederick Chua Oon Kian, Ms. Li Xuejin and Mr. Lau Kai San. – Independent Non-Executive Directors: Mr. Wong Yu Shan Eugene, Mr. Choy Man, Mr. Leung Yuk Hung Paul, Ms. Szeto Huen Sum Hannah, Mr. Chan Ka Kit and Ms. Luk Huen Ling Claire.

The company emphasized that no other information in its prior announcement has been amended.
