Shun Tak Holdings Limited reported with deep sorrow that Executive Director Ms. Ho Chiu Ha, Maisy passed away on 12 April 2026. Ms. Ho had been a key member of the Group since 1996, overseeing strategic planning and operations for the property management division and later expanding her responsibilities to the Group’s retail, merchandising and China property development projects. She joined the Board as an Executive Director in 2001 and served on both the executive committee and remuneration committee.

The Board, led by Group Executive Chairman and Managing Director Ms. Pansy Ho, expressed profound gratitude for Ms. Ho’s three decades of service and extended condolences to her family.

As at the announcement date of 24 April 2026, the Board comprises Executive Directors Ms. Pansy Ho, Ms. Daisy Ho, Mr. David Shum and Mr. Rogier Verhoeven, together with Independent Non-Executive Directors Mr. Norman Ho, Mr. Michael Wu, Mr. Kevin Yip and Ms. Amelia Yau.
