Hang Lung Properties Releases FY 2025 Final-Dividend Scrip Scheme Circular

Hong Kong-listed Hang Lung Properties Ltd (Hang Lung Properties) announced on 18 May 2026 that the English and Chinese versions of its circular on the scrip dividend arrangement for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 are now available.

The documents can be accessed in the “Investor” section of the company’s website (www.hanglung.com) under “Circulars/Proxy Forms/Returns to the Stock Exchange” and on the HKEX news portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies have been mailed to shareholders who previously opted for hard-copy communications.

Non-registered shareholders holding shares through banks, brokers, custodians or HKSCC Nominees may: • receive electronic notifications by providing a functional email address to their intermediaries; or • request future printed copies by completing the enclosed reply form and returning it to the share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Ltd, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

Absent a valid email address, investors will not receive electronic alerts and must check the company and HKEX websites for updates.
