Geotech Holdings (1707) has announced key management changes effective 27 February 2026. According to the company’s statement, an executive director, Mr. Wei Weizhan, has resigned from both the Board and a wholly-owned subsidiary, Nova Luxe Global Limited. He cited personal and other business commitments as the reason for departure and confirmed no disagreement with the Board.

In the same announcement, the company secretary and authorized representative, Mr. Lam Chi Wai, also stepped down to focus on personal and other business interests. The Board noted no disagreement with Mr. Lam and thanked both departing individuals for their respective contributions.

Geotech Holdings (1707) further disclosed that Mr. Chiam Tat Yiu has become the new company secretary and authorized representative, taking office on 27 February 2026. Mr. Chiam, aged 42, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration, is a member of The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, and is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. The Board welcomed Mr. Chiam’s appointment, noting his extensive experience in finance and accounting.
