PATEO (02889) announced that the resolutions proposing the election of Dr. Gu Jinyu, Dr. Huang Xiaolin, and Mr. Gu Yuekun as directors were passed at the extraordinary general meeting. Consequently, the appointments of Dr. Gu Jinyu, Dr. Huang Xiaolin, and Mr. Gu Yuekun will take effect from the date of the extraordinary general meeting. Their terms of office are scheduled to commence on January 29, 2026, and will conclude upon the expiry of the second board of directors' term.
