周五，瑞幸咖啡在粉单市场（Pink Sheets，场外交易市场）涨近9%，盘中最高股价超8.5美元，上一交易日收涨逾96%。
消息面上，12月17日，瑞幸咖啡称已与美国证券交易委员（SEC）已就部分前员工涉嫌财务造假事件达成和解，同意向SEC支付1.8亿美元的民事罚款。这意味着瑞幸可以很大程度上避免被行政机关处罚，同时避免以判决书的形式坐实其证券欺诈罪名。
同时，瑞幸咖啡在另一份声明中称：“我们很高兴，在对本公司的经营和财务状况进行广泛审查后，联合清算人与本公司共同制定了一份关于公司债务的详细和可行的重组方案，以期通过一个或多个安排方案，向开曼群岛法院提交重组方案。该提案是为了所有利益相关者的利益而制定的。”
今年7月15日，开曼群岛大法院任命Alvarez & Marsal开曼群岛有限公司的亚历山大·劳森（Alexander Lawson），以及Alvarez & Marsal亚洲有限公司的Wing Sze Tiffany Wong担任瑞幸咖啡的联合临时清算人。如今，两位清算人向开曼法院提交了首份清算报告，旨在提供瑞幸咖啡重组进展的最新情况。
关于瑞幸咖啡未来的命运，有专业人士认为“如果瑞幸把财务造假事件处理好，完全有可能再次上市。”
