An online influencer has been publicly listed for a small tax debt.

Records show that Jiang Chenglan has a new minor tax arrears entry, with an amount of 39.5 yuan. The tax type is personal income tax, the period for the arrears is listed as April 30, 2026, and the announcing authority is the Chengmai County Tax Service of the State Taxation Administration.

It is worth noting that earlier this year in May, Jiang Chenglan and her associated Hainan Bianbianyuan Culture Communication Studio (sole proprietorship) were already listed as persons subject to enforcement, with an enforcement target exceeding 11.19 million yuan.

Following a three-year hiatus from content creation, the influencer returned to platforms using her real name, Jiang Chenglan, which led to a rapid surge in her follower count.

On the afternoon of May 13, the beauty blogger known as "Cheng Shi'an," with 30 million followers, officially made her comeback after three years using her legal name, Jiang Chenglan. She announced the resolution of her dispute with her former company and her future content plans through a video posted on a new account.

She candidly explained the reason for her three-year absence, stating it was due to a dispute with her company, and clarified that her previous online pseudonym is no longer associated with her.

Jiang stated that all her original platform accounts belong to her former company, and her past online name "Cheng Shi'an" has been registered as a trademark, preventing her from continuing to use it. Effective immediately, she will continue posting beauty tutorial videos under her real name, Jiang Chenglan, on new accounts, aiming to solve various makeup-related issues for her fans and provide upgraded beauty ideas and tutorials.

Simultaneously, she warned her followers that since September 2022, the original online store and any product recommendation links or endorsements operated using her past image and content are not authorized by her. She urged everyone not to make purchases based solely on trust in her former pseudonym or likeness.

Previously, the contract termination dispute between Cheng Shi'an and her MCN company, Shanghai Jinjia, attracted significant attention. Corporate records show that Shanghai Jinjia Technology Co., Ltd. was established in January 2016, with a legal representative named Wang Xia and a registered capital of approximately 15.47 million yuan. Its shareholders include Shanghai Yuesheng Xingyao Enterprise Management Co., Ltd., Fan Beibei, and Wang Xia. Intellectual property information indicates the company has successfully registered multiple trademarks for "Cheng Shi'an" and "Cheng Jiu'an." Furthermore, since last September, Shanghai Fuyu E-commerce Co., Ltd. has applied for several "Jiang Chenglan" trademarks, some of which have already been successfully registered. This company was established in June 2023, with a legal representative named Wang Ying and a registered capital of 1 million yuan, held by shareholders including Shanghai Qingqiong Xiayun Culture Development Co., Ltd.
