MCC Nominates Li Zhongze and Chen Yang as Executive Director Candidates

MCC (01618) announced that its board of directors has reviewed and approved a proposal concerning the nomination of candidates for executive directors. The board agreed to nominate Mr. Li Zhongze and Mr. Chen Yang as candidates for executive directors of MCC and will submit the matter for review at the company's shareholders' meeting. Additionally, the board reviewed and passed a proposal regarding the appointment of the company's president, approving the appointment of Mr. Chen Yang as president of MCC. His term will commence from the date of the board's approval and will continue until the appointment of a new senior management team by the next board of directors.
