Joyson Elec posts stable share base in March 2026, affirms public-float compliance

Ningbo Joyson Electronic Corp. (Joyson Elec) reported no changes in either its authorised or issued share capital for March 2026, according to the company’s latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited.

Authorised / registered capital • H-share authorisation remained at 155.10 million shares with a par value of RMB 1 each, equivalent to RMB 155.10 million. • A-share authorisation, listed in Shanghai, was unchanged at 1.40 billion shares (par value RMB 1), equal to RMB 1.40 billion. • Aggregate authorised share capital therefore stayed at RMB 1.55 billion.

Issued and treasury shares • Issued H-shares: 155.10 million; no treasury stock held. • Issued A-shares: 1.38 billion, alongside 12.66 million shares held in treasury; no movement occurred during the month. • Total issued share count across both markets: 1.54 billion shares (including treasury), unchanged versus February.

Public-float status The company confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 5% public-float requirement for PRC issuers in respect of its H-share class as at 31 March 2026.

Corporate actions No share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity‐linked instruments were issued, exercised, lapsed or cancelled during the period. Likewise, no share repurchases or cancellations were undertaken.

Administrative details The filing was authorised by Joint Company Secretary Yu Chaohui and submitted on 8 April 2026.
