HK&S HOTELS (00045) announced that Ms. Liao Yijing, Mr. Keith James Robertson, and Mr. Luo Ruis will resign from their positions as executive directors of the company. The resignations will take effect upon the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on May 13, 2026. Separately, Mr. Bu Peiren and Dr. Feng Guolun have decided to retire as independent non-executive directors of the company following the same 2026 Annual General Meeting. Upon his retirement, Mr. Bu Peiren will assume the role of Senior Advisor to the Chairman. Dr. Feng will also step down from his position as a member of the Nomination Committee after the meeting.
