Heng Hup releases AGM circular and proxy materials online, offers shareholders flexible communication options

Bulletin Express05-22

Heng Hup Holdings Limited on 22 May 2026 announced that the English and Chinese versions of its latest corporate documents—including the Annual General Meeting (AGM) circular, AGM notice and form of proxy—have been published on both the company website (www.henghup.com) and HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders are strongly encouraged to review these materials via the web links provided and to opt for electronic delivery of all future corporate communications. Registered shareholders who previously elected to receive hard copies will find the current set enclosed with the notification letter.

For investors unable to access the online versions or who prefer printed copies, Heng Hup requests completion and return of the enclosed Reply Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited. Printed copies will be dispatched free of charge upon receipt of the form. Returns can be made by post—using the pre-paid mailing label for local Hong Kong delivery—or by email to 1891-ecom@vistra.com.

Maintaining a functional email address is the shareholder’s responsibility. Those yet to provide or wishing to update an email address should do so via the same Reply Form. Until a valid email is on record, the company will continue sending notice of publication and actionable corporate documents in paper form.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at +852 2980 1333 between 09:00 and 18:00 (Hong Kong time), Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
