China Renaissance Holdings Limited (CR HOLDINGS) released its latest Interim Report on 28 September 2026. The English and Chinese versions are now accessible on both the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s site (http://www.huaxing.com/).
In the same notice, the board confirmed adoption of a paperless regime for all future corporate communications, in accordance with Rule 2.07 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules that took effect on 31 December 2023. Key points include:
• Electronic availability: All forthcoming documents—annual and interim reports, ESG reports, notices of meeting, circulars, proxy forms and listing documents—will be provided solely online through the company’s and HKEX’s designated portals. • Email registration: Registered shareholders are encouraged to supply a functional email address by scanning the personalised QR code on the reply form or by returning the form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited. • Absence of email address: Until an email address is provided, shareholders will not receive electronic publication alerts and must monitor the company and HKEX websites proactively; the company will continue to dispatch “Actionable Corporate Communications” in hard copy. • Printed copy on demand: Any shareholder experiencing access difficulties may request free printed copies by email (chinarenaissance.ecom@computershare.com.hk) or by written notice to the share registrar. Such requests remain valid for one year from the date of receipt. • Enquiry channel: Investors may contact the share registrar at +852 2862 8688 during business hours for further assistance.
The notice was issued under the signature of Chairperson and Executive Director Hui Yin Ching on behalf of the board.
