Bulletin Express04-23

Fufeng Group Limited (Stock Code: 00546) released its 2025 Annual Report and the accompanying circular on 24 April 2026. The package, described as the “Current Corporate Communication,” also includes proposals for general mandates to issue and repurchase shares, information on the re-election of directors, the notice of the forthcoming annual general meeting (AGM) and the related form of proxy.

All documents are now accessible in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.fufeng-group.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders who have previously opted for hard-copy communications will receive printed versions by mail.

Fufeng is encouraging investors to switch to the web-based format to streamline distribution and reduce costs. Registered shareholders who encounter difficulties with email notifications or online access—and those who wish to receive physical copies—can submit the enclosed reply form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or email 546-ecom@vistra.com. Printed copies will be provided free of charge upon request.

Shareholders are responsible for supplying a valid email address; failure to do so will result in the company sending all future notifications and actionable corporate communications in paper form. Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at (852) 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
