Runhua Living Service Group Holdings Limited (“Runhua Service”) has announced a leadership change effective 12 May 2026. Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer Fei Zhongli has resigned to focus on personal endeavors. The board confirmed that Fei has no outstanding claims against the company, no disagreements with the board, and no other matters requiring shareholder attention.
Concurrently, the board appointed Chen Jie, aged 48, as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer. Chen has been with the group since July 2001, rising from assistant to deputy general manager. Her responsibilities have included project management and development oversight. She holds a bachelor’s degree in real estate operation and management from Shandong Jianzhu University, an intermediate economist qualification (business management), and certification as a property manager from the PRC Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.
Chen’s initial service agreement runs for three years and she is not entitled to any director’s fee. She is deemed interested in 1,782,178 shares, representing approximately 0.59% of Runhua Service’s issued share capital through Chenjie&Anne Ltd.
As of the announcement date, the board comprises two executive directors (Yang Liqun and Chen Jie), three non-executive directors, and three independent non-executive directors. The board expressed its gratitude to Fei Zhongli for his contributions and congratulated Chen Jie on her new role.
