Puyang Refractories Group Co., Ltd. (002225.SZ) announced that on December 16, 2025, it successfully acquired a 15.28% equity stake in Xinjiang Qinxiang Technology Co., Ltd. ("Xinjiang Qinxiang") through a public bidding process. The stake was previously held by Hejing County Hope Investment (Group) Co., Ltd. ("Hope Investment") and listed for transfer on the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Public Resource Trading Platform.

The company signed an equity transfer agreement with Hope Investment, purchasing the stake for RMB 10 million using its own funds (excluding additional transaction fees). Following the completion of this transaction, Puyang Refractories' ownership in Xinjiang Qinxiang will increase from 52.49% to 67.77%.
