[Click to register] China Quality News Network reported that recently, the website of the Shaanxi Provincial Market Regulation Bureau released the 2026 special quality supervision spot check results for fireworks and fuel hydrogen for proton exchange membrane fuel cell vehicles.
1. Basic Information
(1) Overview of the Spot Check
The products in this spot check were 2 types of products, namely fireworks and fuel hydrogen for proton exchange membrane fuel cell vehicles. A total of 45 batches of products produced and sold by 33 enterprises were spot-checked and tested, and 6 batches of nonconforming products were found, all of which were fireworks (see attachment).
2. Analysis of Spot Check Results
(1) Fuel Hydrogen for Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell Vehicles.
In the production and circulation fields in Baoji, Xianyang, Weinan, Yulin and other areas, 5 batches of products produced and sold by 5 enterprises were spot-checked, and no nonconforming products were found.
(2) Fireworks.
In the production and circulation fields in Xi'an, Baoji, Xianyang, Tongchuan, Weinan, Yan'an, Yulin, Hanzhong, Ankang, Shangluo, Yangling and other areas, 40 batches of products produced and sold by 28 enterprises were spot-checked. The spot check found 6 batches of nonconforming products, and the nonconforming item was the ignition device.
3. Relevant Requirements
In response to the problems found in this provincial-level product quality supervision spot check, relevant market regulation departments in all localities shall, in accordance with the Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China, the Interim Measures for the Administration of Product Quality Supervision Spot Checks and other relevant requirements, promptly organize and properly handle the results of the supervision spot check, and promptly enter the handling situation into the Shaanxi Provincial Market Regulation Bureau Product Quality Safety Supervision and Management Information System. For nonconforming products, measures such as sealing off and seizure shall be taken in accordance with the law, and production and sales are strictly prohibited; for production and sales units of nonconforming products, rectification requirements shall be clearly defined, rectification measures shall be strictly urged to be implemented, follow-up inspections shall be organized in a timely manner, and follow-up spot checks and key supervision shall be implemented. For those who refuse to accept supervision spot checks, those whose products fail spot checks for two consecutive times, those suspected of counterfeiting, and those producing without a license, evidence shall be investigated and collected through on-site inspections, inquiries, review of contracts and invoices, and other methods, the facts of the violations shall be clarified, and they shall be dealt with strictly, quickly and severely. If the illegal acts are suspected of constituting a crime, they shall be promptly transferred to judicial authorities. Nonconforming production and sales units in spot checks shall be urged to implement the main responsibility for quality safety, equip quality safety directors and quality safety officers as required, establish a quality safety risk list that suits the actual situation of the unit, and implement the work systems of daily control, weekly inspection and monthly scheduling. The provincial bureau will strengthen follow-up supervision of the handling of spot check results and issue notices as appropriate.
