LVJI TECH (01745) has announced changes to its board of directors, revealing both a resignation and an appointment that will take effect on the same date.
Mr. Liu Hui has submitted his resignation as an executive director and a member of the board's nomination committee, citing other work commitments. His departure will be effective from August 7, 2026.
In a concurrent move, Mr. Bo Jiale has been appointed as an executive director and a member of the nomination committee, also effective from August 7, 2026.
