DLocal's revenue beat Wall Street estimates. Shares rose 7% in overnight trading.

Swarmer rose 5% in overnight trading after surging nearly 1,100% in two days.

Micron's $5 billion boost to its 2026 capital spending plan to keep up with the rising demand pulled the shares 3% lower in overnight trading. SanDisk down 2%.

Red Cat shares fell 3% after posting Q4 Loss $0.17 per share.
